These terms apply if you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages from BeeTopDeals. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Signing up is optional
You never have to give us a phone number. Nothing on BeeTopDeals is gated behind it, and declining costs you nothing.
If you do provide it and tick the consent box, you are agreeing to receive recurring automated text messages from us. That consent is not a condition of anything — we do not make it a requirement for accessing content, entering a quiz, or receiving any offer.
What you are agreeing to
By providing your phone number and ticking the consent box, you confirm that:
- you are 18 or older
- the number you entered is yours, or you are authorised to consent for it
- you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from BeeTopDeals at that number
- you understand that consent is not required to buy anything or to access anything
What we send and how often
Messages relate to deals, offers, guides and content we think fits what you were looking at. Frequency varies with what is available and is generally a few messages per week.
Cost
We charge nothing for text messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and data according to your plan. Those charges are between you and your carrier.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation, and then nothing further.
You can also email [email protected] with the subject line Unsubscribe SMS and the number you want removed.

Carriers and delivery
Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your data
The number you give us is used to send the messages described above and for nothing else. It is handled under our Privacy Policy.
We record when and where you gave consent — the date, the page, and the form — because the law requires us to be able to demonstrate it. You can ask us for that record at any time.
We do not sell your phone number.
Sharing with partners
If a specific message or offer involves a partner company, we say so in the message. Where you choose to proceed with that partner, the information you give them is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
We do not pass your number to third parties for their own marketing.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision. Material changes will be notified to you before they take effect.
