What a cookie is

Your browser. Every major browser lets you block cookies, delete existing ones, or get a warning before one is set. Look under Settings for privacy or cookie options. Blocking everything will break parts of this site and of most other sites you use.
Your device. iOS and Android both have a setting to limit ad tracking at the operating system level, which applies across apps and browsers.

Do Not Track. Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed industry standard for responding to it, so we do not currently act on it. Use the controls above instead.
